Mike Locke, our Monday night Technical Specialist who worked with our players and coaches for the first four week leg of our winter season, has accepted a full time post with the Dartmouth club.
"Their gain is our loss," SSU President Bob Sayer says. "I've thanked Mike and wished him luck.
"Welcome to Amit Batra," Sayer continues, who is "highly recommended by John (Charman). Amit is head coach for the women's (soccer) program at Acadia University, has been head coach at Mount St. Vincent, Technical Director of Dartmouth United and a provincial team coach."
Batra will take over from Locke the Monday night turf time training to ensure that our players and coaches get the very best from our winter program and are game ready for the green green grass of Summer 2012.
