Dollars & Sense

With the continuation of registration over the last couple of weeks, many parents have not received receipts for payment of player fees.

Receipts were provided and completed for those players who registered during our Registration Nights.

Managers and coaches will be able to provide receipts to those who have not already received confirmation of payment.

We very much appreciate your assiatance and support during the entire registration process. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Thanks to our registrar, treasurer, board members, managers and coaches who have rolled up sleeves to get our season off to a great start.

Most especially, thanks to our parents for supporting our players, teams and club. While registration fees are a known commodity, we know there are hidden costs. There are the investments of time and gas money, there's wear and tear on cars and cleats, and the price of road trips and unscheduled stops to refuel and reinvigorate hungry, thirsty, tired players.

Best of luck this summer! Go, South Shore!

Greener pastures

We're heading outside!

Monday and Wednesday practices will be held at the LaHave Street field, which is more or less the back yard of the field house.

Tuesday and Thursday practices from now until Thursday, 24 May, will be held at either Kinsmen field or the Mahone Bay old school field, to be arranged by coaches. Please check with them before you head out for practice.

U18 Girls -- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6 to 8 pm at field to be arranged

U14 Girls -- Tuesdays, 6 to 7:30 pm at the field to be arranged & Thursdays, 6:30 to 8 pm at Kinsmen field in Bridgewater

U18 Boys -- Tuesdays, 7:30 to 9 pm at the field to be arranged & Wednesdays, 7 to 9 pm at LaHave Street field

U16 Boys -- Mondays, 5:30 to 7 pm & Wednesdays, 5 to 7 pm at LaHave Street EXCEPT no practice on Wednesday, 9 May, because of an NSSL exhibition match at the SNS outdoor turf

U14 Boys -- Mondays, 7 to 8:30 pm at LaHave Street & Thursdays, 5 to 6:30 pm at Kinsmen

Please note that practice time for U18 Girls includes a half hour fitness session. Other coaches may add time before or after practice to include such supplemental training.
